Everyone is
doing great at 1 day old, they are
strong & nursing well.

Day 3, starting the Superdog program and
continuing
thru 14 days. Super Pup

2/6/12... 1 week old all are eating well !

weeks old all are strong and eating well. Eyes are opening. Ms white is
solid black in color, while both Peach & Pink are Bi-colors,
possibly blanketed. Last wednesday when I had Ms Pink in my hands doing
the Superdog program, I noticed that her chest was not as round as the
others. With some research on the net, I realised I had a pup with
"swimmers syndrome". I had caught it early and she is recovering
wonderfully, I expect a full recovery and a wonderful life ahead of
her. Seems with small litters this is more frequent especially in
smaller breeds. This is a good site w/info if interested,

doing everything the other 2 are.
Prognosis - Ninety percent (90%) of puppies recover
without after-effects (based on a study of 60 cases), and even in the absence
of treatment (10%)
I plan to hold on to her longer than the others and confirm her health is 100% before placing her with a new family.
2/16/12 pups are wabbling on all four legs, with bellies off floor, even Ms Pink !!!
2/20/12 2 weeks old , took pictures and weights today, all are doing fabulous...
2/24/12 The girls are walking, (no more wabbles) all the way across the whelping box and rough housing with each other.
2/25/12 Trimmed nails again...

3 weeks old- Jim had to make the walls of the whelping box
taller, as Ms Pink excaped over the wall yesterday , to get to the
other side where Momma Burgy was :)
3/5/12 - 5 weeks old, took pictures, weights & trimmed nails....... all doing wonderfully !
3/7/12
- the girls had special visitors today. The parents of their daddy
"Zeus". And the Syke family.... Nails got trimmed again :)
3/8/12 - Girls got their micro-chips.
3/12/12 - 6 weeks today... they had great fun playing in the living room with Gramma Hannah, momma Burgy & visitors......
3/15/12
- the girls went outside for the first time with momma Burgy &
Gramma Hannah....... BIG adventure. Ms Pinky's swimmers
symptoms have VANISHED !!
3/18/12
- had girls outside with the aunties & grammas today. Found a
booboo on Ms Shastas belly, I put antibiotic cream on it, looked alitle
better by bed time.
3/19/12
- 7 weeks old today... Ms Shasta went to the vet to verify the cause of
booboo. Dr Krieger sent home anibiotics just as a precaution, thought
it was a ant or spider bite. NO WORRIES........
